2019 Summit Registration
The Annual Youth Leadership Summit is a day-long opportunity for peer-led education, networking, and connecting in order to further the safer schools movement via school and community-based GSAs and youth groups. The Illinois Safe Schools Alliance Youth Committee develops and facilitates workshops for GSA youth leaders throughout the state and plans supplemental programming via community partners for a day of fun and educational movement building! Topics include LGBTQ+ Sexual Health, Racial Justice, Adultism in LGBTQ+ Spaces, Self Care Basics on a Budget, and more, in addition to planning for #GSADay4RacialJustice (in February) and Day of Silence and Night of Noise (in April).
