Illinois Safe Schools Symposium 

On October 8th & 9th, the Illinois Safe Schools Alliance and our wonderful community partners cultivated a day-long gathering of students, parents, PreK-12 teachers and administrators, lawyers, healthcare professionals, and advocates to share skills and clarify shared goals for the work of the safe schools movement in the months and years ahead. Our inaugural Safe Schools Symposium amplified youth voices and bridged the gaps that exist between various sectors that often intersect but do not always interact.
